installed this on a Galaxy S23 Ultra. First issue I ran into was just trying to set up an account. the app tried to send me a verification code to my email and just trying to switch to me email app it brings the whole app back to the first page so you have to start over again and get another code. had to open the app in split screen after the 3rd time just to make sure it wouldn't do that again. I couldn't get past the set up because it gave me a spinning wheel of death trying to set location

Good idea, bad implementation. On Windows if I save it to taskbar so I can open easily it doesn't work, have to remove it and reopen from the program again every time. Even then it doesn't open quickly, every time insisting on checking for updates. On android if I attempt to rename it just says it's failed so Samsung devices have some weird name not the one people know them by. both Windows and Android ones don't then stay open kinda defeating the point in having a 1 and 24 hour option.

Very good so far, no issues like I see in the comments below. Would be nice to have a pfSense plugin. Account was created with good, was able to add a Wired and wireless device monitoring both wireless and wired. Can't wait to see what else is planned.

As for me the app doesn't work in the background so Reliability score doesn't show anything related to how things are really going and affects overall score by decreasing it; When I try to register an account the app switches me to an in-app browser and when I try to get an email code and switch to my mail app Orb app instantly forgets that I tried to register and brings me back from browser to Settings section

I absolutely LOVE this app. I am a network admin by trade and I have installed this on multiple separated networks within my house to maintain awareness of uptime and any unplanned interruptions to my service, which has been happening more and more often lately from my ISP. 10/10, would recommend

More elaborate than Speedtest indeed. Would be nice if the app shows more details about the connection: external IP, DNS IP, Wifi info. Bug report: the button "Give us Info" is not working. It just opens the Orb web site.

Gives a pretty neat dashboard that monitors latency and packet loss, and provides different speed tests to run and observe your connection. I wish there was a bit more explanation or detail on how the measurements are performed (i.e., how does it differentiate latency between device -> router vs router -> ISP?). I suspect that the metrics might be reflecting my router's SQM configuration in some of the reported latency, but maybe the methodology is aware in some other way.

Terrible user experience. Back button not working. It's impossible to register an account using only phone: When switching to email app to read registration code, app changes to welcome screen after return.
