HOE BEGIN JE RIT:
Download de app, meld je aan, voeg je gewenste betaalmethode toe en maak je klaar om de vrijheid te voelen!
- Zoek een konijnenvoertuig in de buurt op de kaart.
- Scan de QR-code of voer het scooter-ID in om het voertuig te ontgrendelen.
- Duw met je voet om op gang te komen, gebruik de gashendel om te versnellen
- Geniet van de rit.
HOE JE RIT BEËINDIGT:
- Zoek een veilig gebied binnen een van de groene zones om het voertuig te parkeren, klap de standaard weer naar beneden.
- Als het voertuig een slot heeft, zoek dan een fietsenrek of een paal en bind het slot eromheen, en sluit het slot.
- Open de Rabbit-app en tik op 'Rit beëindigen'.
- Geniet van je dag!
MOET HET VOERTUIG WAT LANGER WORDEN GEHOUDEN?
- U kunt uw persoonlijke voertuig huren (minimaal 2 dagen) en wij bezorgen het bij u aan de deur!
- Open de Rabbit-app, selecteer 'Dagverhuur'.
- Selecteer uw persoonlijke voertuigtype; een e-scooter of een e-bike.
- Selecteer uw gewenste abonnement, voer uw adres in en selecteer de bezorgdatum.
- Zodra we uw bestelling hebben bevestigd, leveren we het voertuig bij u af.
- Geniet van je eigen Konijn!

Useful to a low percentage of users and mostly for recreation, not transport, mainly due to its small operational area. If being used to get to work, one MUST live a few to several streets away, where resorting to go on foot is plausible. Prices are a more or less relative issue compared to that. Also the Electric bike option doesn't seem available in unlock and go.

Worst experience I've ever had with any application. Customer service level is rubbish. Scooter was stuck and ride didn't start and kept charging me and I couldn't end the ride. I had to wait for 40 minutes next to it untill they responded. and they responded like it was a normal thing no even one single word of apology. I wish I could speak to the responsible of this level of customer experience, but even that they refused to do. Waste of time.

UX needs some improvements. The maps navigation is so buggy, slow in response and auto adjusts every second, also the refresh icon is a bit misleading as it just gets you the nearest vehicle (irrelevant to what a refresh means). The QR capture doesn't give a clear indication that the capture has succeded. The How To Ride menu is not very smooth to navigate through. Also, the app in overall is very laggy.
Learn English with someone
The worse app ever. I took a two minutes ride and when I locked the scooter around one of the streets lights bars; the app refused to end ride and kept counting for over 60 minutes. Now they are charging 189 Egyptian pounds for 2 good minutes.
