There seems to be some kind of buffering problem when streaming from my mobile phone to my chromecast. Audio keeps cutting out. Also it's really thin sounding. Like the quality is bad. Don't have this with other streaming apps like Netflix or HBO Max, also not when watchin on desktop, all tested in the same network environment.

App is often unresponsive, or can't connect despite being able to connect through the web browser, or just freezes in the middle of an episode and won't load past a certain point. Subtitles are just yellow text.

Most people in europe have no creditcard or easily hackable paypal, so complete trash but still taking series from cruchyroll even though there is already so little ways to legally watch in europe

I have seen some great shows on hidive! Unfortunately u have to sign up with a creditcard or with PayPal (not common for someone in the Netherlands). I have none of those hopefully u guys will be doing the same as crunchyroll with the various payment options

All in all not a good start. At first there was a problem with creating a billing cycle which, after I opened a ticket was resolved within a day. To me that shows customer care is on par. Secondly is actually at this moment. Streaming was halted and a message stating maintenance popped up. My payed account is up today and I've started my 7 day trial. As far as first impressions go... I do see a lot of potential. Hopefully there is room to invest in titles, software and better code. Gambare!
