It's a decent app overall for booking, but the 'Wallet' feature is a real headache. I've got free tickets and 50% off vouchers saved, but when I go to use them, there's no description of what each one is! It's a guessing game to try and redeem them, which is incredibly frustrating. Please make it clear what each voucher is for!

Good app and easy to book tickets once you've setup where you would like your main cinema. Also very happy they updated their website before making this app - the website was pretty terrible to start with; slow, the members login didn't work and booking seats was a nightmare as it kept your seats even when you canceled a booking. However under this kind of re-brand, they have done a great job.

Updated review: the app has improved massively over the course of the last year since I reviewed it and now I really don't have any complaints at all. The strange issue of searching for a film and then if you close the app and open it again a different time, sometimes the text is still there in the search bar, but other than this, I've got absolutely no complaints anymore and booking, refunding films on the app is very easy to use. So glad to have this app on Android now.

All I wanted to do was amend my booking to change the date. Called the number provided for assistance, told me I wanted a 'refund'. No I didn't, I just pressed the wrong date and it kept telling me a 'refund' which ultimately led me to cancel & wait 5 days to clear. In the meantime, had to spend more money getting 'new' tickets for the correct time & date. Not impressed as it is not user friendly, especially for Senior Citizens. Sorry, would prefer to take my chances at the Cinema in future.👎

This app was great when I first started using it. But now I can't book any tickets as it says it can't look at the sessions. I had hoped that the update it did today would solve it but it hasn't. May as well uninstall and go back to using the website.

Themed icon is fixed! Looks mostly okay it'll do :) great app for viewing and buying tickets, however I spent 20 minutes trying to get into a cinema with a security guard saying my ticket was fake when I was trying to do it through the app, the barcode wouldn't scan and the manager just sent me through in the end. Not sure what went wrong but it wasn't a great experience yet first time it happened, others had just scanned though fine.

It's a good start that I can see it works. I've been able to create an account ok and manage it and from there. I can book tickets and change bookings and so on; so yes, it seems to me to be a good app.

Great app, the one thing I'd like to change is to be able to look further in advance than a week. If I know I want to fit a film in on a specific day, its frustrating having to look at each individual films showtimes or wait for that day to become available
