it sucks all you see is commercials and no news so why even have it, who wants just a commercial channel that's all WTOC 11 has become I spent way to much time watching ads for unwanted garbage 20 minutes later a short clip of news came on and when I mean a short clip it wasn't even 2 minutes long then right back to "WE'LL BE RIGHT BACK" and more commercials total garbage.

As if there weren't enough adds in the app already now I get to see an irrelevant full screen pop up add that I have to close out as soon as I open the app. The new layout is horrible. Didn't your Mamas teach you .... IF IT AINT BROKE DON'T FIX IT UPDATE: It's worse then ever. It now seems to load the news (after bypassing all the pop-up adds) when it chooses to (if at all). WTOC should be ashamed of the inferior product representing them. You owe me stars after I rated this app so low

Wtoc should be ashamed. This new app is heavy on advertising and poor on delivering news. It jumps on its own to another story while u r trying to scroll up past all of the ridiculous advertising. Then when u try to correct it it sends u tp more advertising. ABSOLUTE UNACCEPTABLE. I'LL HAVE TO GET MY NEWS ELSEWHERE! Update. May 2021. They updated it again and now ITS WORSE. IT TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD AND THEY ADDED MORE ADVERTISING. PURE GREED. TERRIBLE. DESERVES A ZERO.

Too many ads! Now there's a full screen pop-up that won't close until I back out of the ad! And on top of that nothing will open up! I'm removing the app. Time to reassess your model and get back to giving your audience what they deserve, the news.

First they get the story down with bad grammar. Then they update the headline telling you new facts... When you click the headline it is still the same article that was originally written and they eventually update it days later. I guess that is par for the course when you seem to be hiring locally and within your master cbs guidelines of what it will look like at face value... I get it

Love my home City news.. Thanks!!!! To the dedicated men and women working behind the scenes to keep us updated on current events, news, weather and so much more. I do have a problem with the videos loading!!!: But other than that good job and keep up the great work !!

The app itself is fine. As far as apps go, it is what it is. It's WTOC in general. There is absolutely no integrity what-so-ever going on at WTOC anymore. We need to forget about ratings and put the integrity back in the newsroom.
