I've had to uninstall as it just isnt working anymore. cant purchase tickets, cant click on old tickets, cant see how many journeys remaining, just cant do anything other than open the app and look at different tickets available. that's as far as it goes. please sort it out! paying enough to cross a very small strip of water as it is...

Seems it stopped working properly for some time. I can see orders, but I can't see details saying "payment declined" when the ticket was bought using the website and I have it in my email. I have to search for it to present it on the ferry. Unusable as it is.

Bought a 10 trip ticket on app. Said was valid for a year. Used the first 7 in about too weeks. Then went to use one of the last 3 awhile later and they had disappeared from my app. Will not be using again

40 euro down the drain bought a ticket because I live locally but use only occasionally as foot passenger. Has not worked any time after using twice and have had to pay cash a number of times and now deleted off the app after a year

App doesn't work. Just qued up for ferry, deleted app, reinstalled, went on website and the purchase tickets page isn't working... Disaster... So much for getting home early!
