De SolentGo app downloads gekocht tickets uit de Solent Go website om uw bestaande Solent Go smartcard.

Om de app moet u zich eerst aanmelden voor een Solent Go smartcard en het downloaden van de app om uw apparaat te gebruiken. De SolentGo app is compatibel met de meerderheid van de NFC-enabled Android-telefoons en tablets, waaronder Google Nexus 5X, 6P, 7 & 10 apparaten.

Als je Android-apparaat NFC niet beschikken over je zult niet in staat zijn om deze app te gebruiken om gekochte tickets te laden om uw Solent Go smartcard.

Controleer of u een compatibele Android-apparaat en het downloaden van de app. Zodra je de app hebt geopend, presenteer uw smartcard naar het juiste onderdeel van het apparaat. Als u niet zeker weet waar de smartcard raden wij u aan contact op met de fabrikant van het apparaat te plaatsen. Zodra u weet dat uw apparaat kan uw smartcard lezen bent u klaar om de website Solent Go (www.solentgo.co.uk) om tickets te kopen te bezoeken.

Naar boven up volgt u de instructies op het scherm. Wanneer je op het punt van het kiezen van uw manier van inzameling moet je 'Solent Go NFC Android App' te selecteren. Zodra de betaling is voltooid en uw bestelling is bevestigd bent u klaar om uw producten op uw smartcard met behulp van de SolentGo app te laden. U bent nu klaar om te reizen!

De SolentGo app vervangt niet de Solent Go smartcard, noch kan een smartphone of tablet worden gebruikt als bewijs dat er een geldig ticket is gekocht.

It does work for loading Solent Go tickets onto your phone, but only if you firmly hold your card to your phone at all times whilst loading. There is no functionality to buy tickets or even activate them. As others have noted, the app also opens when it detects any NFC near your phone, even when the app is closed! Desperately needs a modernisation update.

Do not get this! Opened the app, can't even do what you need to do, then when you close it, it opens up and can't do anything else! Had to restart the phone to delete the app! Do not recommend. Would give 0 starts, but 1 will suffice

AVOID! Loaded app to my Samsung phone and it WOULD NOT SHUT DOWN. Every time I closed it immediately reopened. Try moving to a different screen and Solent Go pushes to the front. Took a lot of faffing about to finally uninstall it. Help button just showed a link to their webite that didn't work. FAQs all read "See website for details". Poorly designed and not properly tested before being launched. Really shoddy workmanship

The app keeps randomly opening even when not near a reader. Then when I close the app it keeps opening. I end up having a battle with the app while I'm trying to do other things on my phone as it pops up around 15 times.
