Met KidiConnect ™ kunt u contact houden met uw kind, zelfs wanneer u niet thuis bent.

Met KidiConnect ™ kunnen kinderen berichten delen via hun compatibele VTech-systeem. Alle contacten moeten worden goedgekeurd door de ouders voordat communicatie kan plaatsvinden.

OPMERKING: KidiConnect ™ is bedoeld voor communicatie met compatibel VTech-speelgoed. U kunt het niet gebruiken om berichten te verzenden naar volwassenen of kinderen die geen compatibel apparaat hebben.

Waarom KidiConnect ™ gebruiken?

• Blijf altijd en overal verbonden met uw kind. KidiConnect ™ maakt gebruik van een internetverbinding om u te laten communiceren met uw kind, zelfs wanneer u niet thuis bent - waar ook ter wereld. Ouders kunnen ook familieleden en vrienden toevoegen aan de lijst met contactpersonen van het kind, zodat grootouders ook in de buurt kunnen blijven.
• Kindvriendelijk. Alle contacten moeten worden goedgekeurd door de ouders voordat communicatie kan plaatsvinden. Gebruikers die niet op de contactlijst van een kind staan, kunnen geen contact met uw kind opnemen.
• Goed voor alle leeftijden! Zelfs de jongste kinderen kunnen KidiConnect ™ gebruiken om spraakberichten, foto's, tekeningen, stickers en vooraf opgenomen berichten te delen. En naarmate kinderen opgroeien, kunnen ze ook sms-berichten delen!
• Groeps chat. Met Group Chat kan uw kind communiceren en delen met meerdere familieleden of vrienden tegelijkertijd.
• Het is leuk! U kunt uw KidiConnect ™ -avatar aanpassen met uw foto of een van de verschillende cartoonontwerpen kiezen. Er zijn ook leuke stickers en vooraf opgenomen berichten. Uw kind kan zelfs de stemwisselaar gebruiken om een robotstem of een muisstem op te nemen!

KidiConnect ™ gebruiken

Ouders:
Registreer het VTech-apparaat van uw kind voordat u deze app downloadt. Hiermee wordt een Learning Lodge® Family-account aangemaakt, dat één ouder kan gebruiken om in te loggen bij deze app. Die ouder heeft de leiding over de contactlijst van het kind en kan deze app gebruiken om namens zijn of haar kind vriendschapsverzoeken te verzenden of goed te keuren.
De andere ouder moet zich aanmelden voor een afzonderlijk Learning Lodge®-account en als elk ander familielid aan de familie worden toegevoegd.

familieleden:
U moet toestemming van de ouders krijgen voordat u contact kunt opnemen met een kind. Zodra u zich hebt aangemeld voor een Learning Lodge®-account, stuurt u de ouders van het kind een verzoek om lid te worden van hun gezin.

This app seems to work just fine...if you're on a iPhone. I'm the only one in my family with an Android and it doesn't work. I go to sign in, put in my email and password, and I get the loading/spinning wheel of death. I once let it go for a full 19 minutes and the loading wheel just spins and spins. Tried uninstall/reinstalling several times and changing password several times but to no avail. Ridiculous. Zero stars at this point. Works perfect for everyone else in my family.

I have not had the issue of not receiving notifications. An icon appears on phone homescreen whenever kids send a message. (galaxy phone). Although I have the app set to keep me logged in, I still am required to log in daily to use the app. We are enjoying the kidibuzz devices overall but the kidiconnect app is glitchy. one day, we all received the error 99 icon and could not log on at all, but the issue resolved on its own by next day. The app times out a lot and loads slowly.

Only major complaint is no notifications from the app to let us know we have been sent a message. Push notifications, even just a simple number indicator on the app icon, should be simple enough to make sure this app provides to all devices. My notifications setting is enabled for the app and all permissions are enabled so there is no reason why it should not work and I see it is an issue for many people. Please fix ASAP as this should be standard for this type of app. Will change to 5 stars!

Editing to add I uninstalled & reinstalled. Still not receiving messages while continuing to receive notifications. I can also no longer see messages I had way back when this app actually worked. I used to get notifications & messages. Suddenly stopped getting notifications a while ago. Now most recent update shows notifications, but no messages appear for me to see. I can look on both kids phones & see what they tried to send me on their screens.

Bought this for my son so we could communicate. He gets a notifications when he receives a message but I do not receive one unless the app is open. We were under the impression when we purchased this that it would be more like a phone regarding texting. We didn't realize everyone he would want to communicate with would have to download an app inorder to do so. We don't like that because not everyone has an email address or wishes to download an app. Overall very frustrating!!!

Wish I could give it a zero. I am so disappointed that I am unable to text with my daughters. My oldest had sent several messages and I am unable to read them through the app. It keeps getting stuck. I can't even get the app to open now because it's stuck as soon as you click on the icon. Besides this huge issue I am very happy with the product itself. Hopefully they get the app debugged and working soon.

The concept is awesome, the execution is terrible. My son sent me a text at work today and I couldn't wait to read it...the app takes sonlong to load my phone goes to sleep! When it finally loads, the log in screen won't remember your user and password, regardless of having the option to do so. It was so bad I uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping it was a glirch, but it's still just as terrible. This is the slowest piece of technology I own. Painfully slow.

This is a fantastic phone for my child. It would be amazing if it worked all the time. It was weeks straight of the phone refusing to sign in, server maintenance, restarting over and over till the battery died (i couldnt turn off), freezing up, and more. Now it has been working again, except for kicking it off wifi frequently.
