There is a large Tencent watermark - full color with no transparency - on the screen permanently, at all times, on all content, no matter what subscription you've paid for. This may not bother some, but I find it highly distracting and I diminished any value I might have gotten from watching the content.

Lately the app keeps booting me out requesting that I sign up for VIP when I have another 9 months left on my VIP subscription. 2nd problem is when you have a problem there is no way to contact Wetv. Dont bother emailing, they do not respond.

I've used this app before but had technical difficulties so I stopped using it.. thought I would check the prices but had to download the app and got charged that was declined but later somehow it took money from my card so I would like to know if they are charging for downloads now if so I'll accept the mistake but they should disclose that info..so really no complaints about the app as it did have excellent shows w my hen I used it in the past.

Impossible to synch between devices. They don't communicate and require separate subscriptions. No Customer Service or contact info. A waste of $$$$

really enjoyed this app.. all the way up until I changed my number.. there is no option to changed your number.. on the app or the website.. i reached out.. and til this day, no has gotten back with me.. so 4 stars until they put a option to either use your email or you change your number.. until then, I'm deleting my account and the app

how do i unsubscribe? there is no way to cancel this app, i wouldnt recommend. i dont want to pay for this app anymore but apparently you cant unsubscribe

The pause/play button needs to be moved/fixed. I use this app on my galaxy tab E and and my S20. I have to touch the pause/play button like 20 times (no joking), regardless of device, before it will actually pause or resume. Sometimes, by making the video half screen I only have to touch pause/resume 10 times before it works. Sometimes.

Been using this app on my phone only, and I'm not having too many issues. I think the search option can be improved by adding sub-filters, like Action, romance, fantasy, etc. It also takes a while to load sometimes, but is usually resolved by going back and clicking on the episode again in your watch list. Still new to this app, but I'm enjoying it so far.
