Wanted to send sms messages while in Turkey. Paid for international e-sim. It took a while before being activated, during which I discovered that the e-sim doesn’t support sms (info that is very hard to find). Immediately asked for refund through several official channels, got no response at all. Repeated attempts to contact over several months have been entirely ignored. AFAIK this is nothing more than a scam!

Don't get subscription with Nextl Mobile. When it doesn't work on your device, they won't refund. That's why they have you pay on their website through a Stripe payment. Just use Skype. Dealing with Nextl was a hassle from beginning to end....

Absolute rubbish, does not support SMS messaging and you cannot call landline direct, received any text messages.. And can't use Telegram and WhatsApp for messaging,, and Calling it is blocked from all . This app has stopped working completely, do not waste your money.

Tried to use Mobyx website to get support, but their server is down. You need to open an account without being given any kind of information on hoy their seo even works. Don't use it.

I bought an eSIM and regretted it. Calls do not pass, SMS do not come at all. The help desk is not responding. Register messengers will not work. 👎👎👎 Do not contact them, I do not advise!
