First it worked but now it's giving me random error messages and won't let me pay. Definitely glitchy like other users reviewed. This is the only app I can use for my town where I park and I have no idea how they snagged that contract because it's one of the worst apps I've experienced. Can't extend your time even if it's for a significant duration because it says one is currently in progress so you have to watch it like a hawk. No way to report issues. Half the time the buttons don't respond.

I am not able to find my parking zone , tried using city zone number etc. Always goes back to Florida. I did register my vehicle and it is not picking my state ir geo from there. T

God Awful App. Terrible UI. Zero confirmation of payment results in accidentally paying multiple times. Also does not track current parking or previous transactions despite presenting these as features in app, exacerbating the multiple payment issue. No contact number listed for support. Ended up having to dispute through my credit card company. Future of parking my ***.

I work downtown at a place where I don't have much choice between paying a cab, or paying for parking. Because of the weird bugs, I have paid for parking tickets more than once. After bringing this up with city hall, they said there is nothing they can do if I have used the app to pay for my parking. The problem is, I can't leave in the middle of my shift to pay at the meters either. Beware: also defaults to main vehicle plates every time you want to pay for the next 3 hours 🤦🏻♂️

UPDATE: New issue - the email notifications (session ending, session expired) come to my phone a half hour to an hour after my parking session is finished. I have been in contact with the help desk for the past few weeks regarding this issue but it does not seem to be a fixable one and therefore my ticket is closed without a resolution. Developers, please consider text message notifications. I have complained to my city parking admin about this app as there are just way too many issues with it and it just doesn't seem to be getting better. This update is NOT working properly! My info is there, then it's not. Clearly still full of bugs, and it was fine before. UPDATE taking away a star, sent feedback twice with screenshots, no helpful response. Still can't log in after one session is complete, it is so broken and frustrating. Worked fine before.

App generally works for me (except when it doesn't which happens occasionally), I find it frustrating that they changed it to require the CVC on my credit card every single time I go to pay. It's also frustrating that I can't extend time beyond the 3 hour time limit my city has set even after I've moved my vehicle to another location which I'm allowed to park at, so I have to remember to open the app just as the last few seconds of my session is about to expire to start a new one so that I'm not left exposed to a parking ticket (especially now my city is cracking down and will issue a ticket within one minute before the parking is paid for). 3 stars because it makes my life a little easier but I think this application was not the best solution my city could have chosen to handle payments.

This app does not have the ability to stop your parking timer midway. If you scroll the timer and stop at 13 hours, it automatically adds a day and resets the hours to 0. I ended up paying for extra 6 days while trying to add 6 hours because I thought the app was bugged. The customer service of this app does not have the ability to stop the parking timer and only relies on the merchant to refund you if they feel like. So far, no reply from the "merchant".

Was working fine for a few weeks, then suddenly started giving me this error message: Error. Something went wrong. Check your internet connection and try again. My internet connection was fine. Tried logging in again but it won't let me, tried to use the Forgot Password feature but didn't get any emails. Tried uninstall and it still gives me the internet error message despite being on home wifi. Pretty frustrating considering it worked flawlessly for a while.
