I LOVE everything y'all are try to accomplish, and have some feedback on the app. First off, especially on the profile questions, people should be able to select more than one choice. I am a caregiver & a veteran, and found it extremely frustrating that I could only select one. Second, I kept getting errors when attempting to save my profile after answering all the questions. It wasn't until I chose to only answer the first few questions and hit save that it finally saved.

Downloaded the app but I'm not receiving the email so I can open and use it. edit: Now I've gotten the app downloaded, there are some great training videos available to help me understand how to help people with suicidal ideations. Other than that I've found that there is no vetting process and anyone can sign up and create a profile that's all fake info. This I find alarming even for a free mental health app, when you need help in crisis you don't know who will be answering your call.

Thanks for this app. Some of us Veterans need a support system and people who have not served just don't understand sometimes regardless of any "special training" they get. With that said, I have been trying to update my profile in the app but it keeps crashing. Hope to become an Ambassador in the near future to lend an ear and help support my brothers and sisters.

I tried to connect with an ambassador they advertise as a mentor or source of help for veterans but no one responded. I tried the phone, text and vodeo chat options amd no response. thos is an incredibly damgerous app for veterans. you advertise that ambassadors must receive training for suicide prevention yet when vets seek help you dont answer. yiu font even have a voicemail setup. I fear for other vets that seek help in a time of need and your app does not work.

Great idea but the app keeps crashing. Can't even get past setting up a profile; barely made it to that point. Uninstalling for now. Hope app gets fixed and I'll try again.

Great Idea and could be super helpful to someone like my husband. But we can't even set up a profile without the app closing and having to start over.

Great concept. But... 1. Google SSO doesn't work for me on Galaxy S8 Active with latest android OS. 2. Profile age field brings up a calendar Ambassador: excellent idea with training and weekly commitment!

App is meh at best. I tried to connect with a pathfinder abd waited over to hours, no help was offered. I know this is volunteer based, how about have a tally if how many pathfinders are on
