This is the worst designed new-user experience I've ever been through. None of your prices are on your website so you have to download and install the app AND register to log in. THEN you click 'order bin' to get to the prices and without any prices or confirmations a bin delivery is confirmed, which I can't cancel in the app. @#%@#

The bin service itself is great. The app is not so good - straight forward ordering a collection is ok but keeps crashing when I try to access the menu. The only way to get it to work again (only the order screen) is by uninstalling and reinstalling. Also frustrating that there is no app for non Apple tablets. Fix these problems (already sent 2 feedbacks over 2 months) and I will rate it much higher.

Great app. Great service. Does what it says. Super easy sign up and fast delivery of bin. Collected as promised before all my neighbour's bins from the competition were emptied. Hope it stays that way when the service gets rolled out in more areas.

The app keeps saying collection is not in my area which is incorrect. I have been a customer for 2 years in New Plymouth. NZ and have always paid my bill online. I downloaded the app but it keeps coming up with that error

Easy to use. Does what's meant to do. Booked the initial collection without issues and it was collected when scheduled. I received confirmation on my email for the booking in a matter of minutes.

Appalling Customer Service Your app may be fine but if you ever have problems your Auckland Customer Service is the worst. Luckily, Waikato Customer Service is far better so you will find them helpful...don't waste your time with Auckland.

Since the app redesign I can't log in or sign up new accounts. Same goes on my wife's iOS device. Generic useless error messages too which leave me with no idea how to deal with it, so here I am.
