I found that when I use the balancing task and walk around using my peripheral vision, while also counting my steps, all portions of consciousness become occupied. Counting helps take over your inner voice, while you'll notice the balancing task is done without thought. This activity combined with your motor neurons being used while walking seems to have a calming effect. A tip to halt a panic attack is using ice on the back of your neck. Critically, having adequate magnesium/Vitamin D is key!!!

I do not receive reminders, even when the notifications are allowed and turned on. Text on "about us" page is not readable while dark mode is enabled (text will disappear). There is an infinite loop in "navigate back arrow button" between Mood Statistics and My Records. Otherwise, the app is amazing. Thank you so much:)

On the sh timer, you can't add a certain time, it kust starts at 0 seconds. A lot of people don't track right after they sh, so like me, I did a few days ago, but I didn't reset the timer, so now it says I've only managed for a few minutes instead of a few days. It would be useful to add a feature to the timer, so we can either add time to it or set it for a specific date or so. Other than that, it's a nice app.

amazing app. comes with a journal where you can write what you are grateful for, also a journal where you can track your meals, also a mood tracker, also a sleep tracker, and no ads. no premium you have to buy. just an extremely easy and helpful app. not to mention it has breathing exercises to prevent panic attacks, self harm, and other things. also, it has a timer counting down the last time you self harmed :) also, it has help for eating disorders, and so much more.in an easy to navigate app

Honestly, the tips are not the best but the diary, meal records and mood monitoring are the best things about this app. something about writing all of my feelings and seeing my mood graph and the progress/regress throughout the days helps me get through everything, obviously not as good as seeking actual help but if you can't afford help this will definatly help to some extent. I just wish there were more tips.

Is there anyway to get the old overlay back? The new one is very overwhelming... Also the original breathing excercises. What happened to growing and shrinking circle? Its been replaced by a loading screen that feels like its yelling at me to breathe I do want to say, it was a fantastic app that helped me through some panic attacks, but this new stuff is kinda freaking me out

This app is actually quite good, the only two problems I have with this is that if you forget to log your sleep or mood for the day, you can't go back and do that. The second thing is, I have my mood notification set for 11pm, and my sleep notification at 5pm, but I'm only sent notifications after midnight which means whatever I log is now for the next day, could you please fix this? Thanks
