Between having to be rescheduled multiple times and not even seeing my primary when I finally can be scheduled, this would not be the first place I would suggest to anyone. It may just be the Minneapolis location, but the scheduling is so terrible. My last appointment was for labs and ultrasound (take about 1.5 hrs to be done with both) and primary visit last, with a 4-hour gap between the two, no way to be seen earlier. Reschedule, can't be seen for 4 months.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and grateful for everyone & the whole team at MN Fairview Health & University of Minnesota as a whole! They have the best doctors/nurses, surgeons, etc. anywhere in the whole state(s)! I also just wanted to say, that I'm very glad I made the decision for myself to seek a different personal care physician/ provider, and here at Fairview, almost instantly they set me up with somebody that was easily able to meet the both my needs & standards ! Oh & the app is great! 5*

Used to be a decent app, but just recently they had an update to the terms and conditions, which requires you to press an "Accept" button. However, the screen just freezes and you can't actually press that button, so the app is now useless. You literally can't do anything with the app until you press the button (you can't even get in to ask for technical help).

Very nice to be able to access your account and get any items you need and make a appointment or send the Dr. medication request. Been very helpful for me.

Update: App was updated to allow more password length. Seems to work pretty well now that I can login. Can't actually use the app as they limit the password length pretty low in the app itself (web works fine, not a problem there). Supposedly this was going to be fixed last year, but still hasn't happened, several months later. No need to redirect me to the support e-mail, I just e-mailed them again. I'll update the review when I can actually use the app again.

Deducting a star for not being able to take screenshots of anything inside the app at my own discretion. That should be my choice. But otherwise, after being burned by past health apps I've actually been quite pleasantly surprised how genuinely useful this one has been for making appointments and tracking my health info. I've been using it for a couple years.

The new app is much worse than the previous one. It is very slow to login with biometrics, it is hard to navigate and find what you need and it requires re-logins every time you go to another app (browser). This is another example of an app being tested by people who designed that app. You need to test this app with people who are not at all familiar with the app but have to use it for real.

Text messages were sent to me for appointments at the wrong times. In one case, I was sent a text for an appointment which wasn't on the app and the clinic was closed for a holiday! Also had another occurrence where I was manual scheduled for a Tuesday and somehow the appointment ended up on Wednesday, the same day as my other existing appointment. Don't trust the app for scheduling and call to verify!
