I don't know what happened, but its sucks! I haven't used it since May, and it worked fine then, but I tried to use it today and it wouldn't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still nothing! Many of us who use this app, have some sort of blood cancer and use it to access our accounts, for copay assistance, education about our disease, available treatments and other valuable information. This misses all of that pitifully. I will change my review when and if the roblem is resolved

Click to upload app...says I need to create an account so I try snd sends me to page regarding fundraisers...and nothing to do with the app. So I try to log in a different way do I chose by Facebook and then says I need to create an invent with lls to log in. So the cancer symptom tracker would have been quite a great feature however when it wont allow you to use it, or too difficult to sign up then it doesn't help at all. Very frustrating as I have a portal account but doesn't work on phones

I can't it work to work and in a team captain and can't promote things or help my team with issues if I can't use my app. It worked until about 3 weeks ago. I have installed and reinstalled the app server times

Can't get passed registration and login. Password reset emails never arrive.

This app kicks me out 4 out of 5 times I attempt to submit a donation. I've uninstalled and re-installed every time. Unfortunately it's my only option for check donations, since I no longer have a local team in training chapter. Disappointing and frustrating.

I will update my review when they fix the application and am a long time supporter of LLS and Team in Training. The app here says it requires Android 3.x but in working with LLS support they said they require 5.1 which has only been out for less than a year. Fixing this needs to be a HIGH priority as there are several people trying to collect donations to LLS and there are missed opportunities when a valuable and helpful tool like this can help maximize the timeliness and collection of donations.

Can't deposit checks because it just exits the app when I press OK after taking picture of check. Still happening after update. Also no option to use pictures from my phone gallery that I've already taken.
