I've had a lot of issues with this app. The login experience needs improvement. I can't choose to save my password and the social logins require entering THEIR credentials to access the app. Social usually creates a seamless login experience, but this is cumbersome at best, annoying at worst. I have problems with QOTD all the time. It won't load properly. Contacting support results in a rep saying someone will email me. No email, but it looks like someone reset the problem. Worked one day.

The worst app I have ever used. The login process is very long and has only 80% of success. Half of the time, the % of completion is not showing. The question of the day is a joke, I was able to access it only once. The buttons are located very inconveniently, SKIP and CONFIRM buttons are so close that I often would end up in skipping the question instead of answering it. The links in answers crush the app. Questions are separate issue and half of them are subject of redaction.

This app is NOT user friendly, it's disjointed, takes forever to load and is extremely frustrating trying to find the basics of the course. Plus, you have to purchase the rights to the program from PMi, and it's very expensive. Considering this app is for studying the PMP, the developers should seriously look into adopting the techniques they fail to teach well.

I had wanted something with game play and thought I found it here. The problem is the games don't launch in the app. I play on the website & complete a few flashcards & the system says I ran out of cards; 205 cards.. I complete 8 & I'm out...WTH! I don't understand what confidence level has to do with the introduction portion, but alas it is there. I was really hoping to play the games but they are elementary, not true game play, & errors. Highly Disappointed. Consult an Instructional Designer

Great content, but annoying interface. Enable the my phones default "back" button (swiping from the right side of the screen) to work please! There's a landing page after you login that makes you click "go to product" which seems unnecessary in my case (maybe for users with multiple products)? Sometimes my exam scores would clear out and I'd have to restart the app to get them back.

This application is terrible. The functionality of the app is not worth the price you pay for it. It is more concerned about surveys on how you think the app goes and just packs the lessons full of blog posts you could read for free anywhere else. The games do not work and constantly going back to the front page. You can pay less for better functioning test exams on other apps I.e pocketprep. Do not think you will be better off buying this app because it's from PMI. Study better else where...

As others have shared, content is good, though actually pretty tricky, and is actually the closest I've come across that had the most similar (mock) questions. Go figure, right? The computer was easier to work with than the mobile app, but the app was better for on the go studying. Improvements can be made for sure

Just signed up for the Study Hall subscription today (May 30th). Tried using app twice, but it continues to require me to login after I've already logged in, so I'm not able to use it. Hopefully just a temporary glitch, but after reading the other reviews, it may not be temporary. Will try again later and try the desktop version for now.
