I now know what the issue was. I was on older version. Info for Devs. Play store has forced update tick. You implemented breaking features without that flag. The issue resolved upon manual update.

It is not normal that if you have PESEL, live in Poland for 13 years, and have a permanent residence card, you can still not use the app. I know that there is an internet version, but it does not provide the same flexibility. You could use the PESEL number as a reference to get login or the number of the permanent residence card. Especially if you allow access via diia.pl you should also find opportunities for other people who live in Poland for a long long time.

Everything - the app, the website that is supposed to updating how to use the app - is full of bugs. It's should be possible to log in with official government ID - not just with a polish bank account (which I - and many like me - don't have because we live in another EU country). Otherwise, this shouldn't be offered as a way to identify yourself for tax purposes in other EU countries...

Previous version worked and was useful. After an upgrade to a 2.0, I can't register again, as it does not accept my bank verification. It goes smoothly through all the steps of verification on the bank side, I approve everything but when I come back to the app, it still asks me to add the first document (ID). Several attempts and even reinstalling the app did not work.

I have PESEL since I moved to Poland (>14 years), permanent residency card, pay taxes (A LOT) here, have Trusted Profile, 3 kids (KDR), but stil cannot use the application.. Circus!! PS: Thanks for the response but you simply stated the obvious. Block just the mID function and not the whole app!!!

Strangely enough it works on my device. Sometimes biometric authentication crashes and UX is hugely neglected but overall it's ok. Please translate all the content in the app, not only basic interface. I'd love option to delete expired/unused drug prescriptions, they accumulate and clutter the account. Keep up the good work 👍🏾

I'm confused. I have just used eDO to add my Polish passport and identity card to my phone. How does mObywatel fit into this? #### 02 August - no comment from the app people
