horrible app. not intuitive at all. asks for PIN even after re-setting account (never set up a PIN, and if I had it should have been reset) and then locks me out when I can't guess the PIN I never set. No option to create a new PIN. very frustrating. also passwords "time out" after a short amount of time, as though anyone is trying to hack one's Compass account.
Point Of Observation
This is the most stupidest app that I've ever seen after I am putting the correct information about my personal and it's going to tell me that it's not right. And it's so strange close to pay period the app starts to act up. It's best to get you a calculator and keep your own time and do not trust some dumb app that you can't log into half of the time that's a red flag in itself.

Constant Problems. I have to notify my boss/manager about not being able to clock in or out. Blank screen to constant spinning. I'm not sure why we couldn't have left the time clock instead of going straight to our phones to use. Worst idea ever and another app for me to keep up with on my phone. I do like being able to access my paystubs and schedule. Please fix the bugs.

The update ruined the entirety of logging in. I even tried inputting my Clock in ID , changed my password, and still did not recognize my login id? Fix this please .

Sucks that you can't get the app on your computer, just your phone. Would love to see it on a large screen to view my pay stubs, and see my work schedule.

Too much security. Makes it hard to use. Updates at weird times. Locks up when your supposed to clock in making you late. Wouldn't use but I have to. 1 of 100

This app is dysfunctional & hasn't worked in weeks. I've reinstall it several times & still nothing or show anything.
A single voice, raised in rejoice
The app misses keytaps often, it bugs and errors if you leave it open for several minutes at a time in a pin submit / pin submit / pin submit endless loop, and every time there is an update my password and credentials for login stop working for some reason. My company forces me to use it despite these problems.
