I have used the platform a couple of times, their rate is extremely high but I get my parcel, but now I place an order, my current line is Airtel, and the MTN I used to open my account has been barred nin issues, I made my order with my Airtel, I am trying to change the number on the platform to the Airtel or maybe even create a new account for over 2 weeks , no otp is sent, whenever I get to that point I don't receive otp, my parcel have arrived but it's not showing on the app.

I take God beg una, reduce the amount for shipping, I calculate 67k for shipping last week, only to check the shipping cost yesterday, it's 119k. That's almost double the price, please cut down the price of shipping, aside that, your service is great

It would've been so good if you don't add to customers kg coz is not convenient expecting 3kg and you find out wen ur goods is shipped out at 3.5kg....why? That's unfair for us who already calculate shipping fees at some point.... please make it easy for us to put mind at rest when it comes to shipping out, thank you 🙏🙏

This app needs serious upgrading! The logistics is fast no doubt but why can't i request a waybill to my location after clearing the shipping cost of my goods? The app still says unpaid, when infact my payment is suppose to reflect on the app.

They are fast and reliable, tho I had to pay twice the amount of goods I bought for the shipping, I honestly think the company should consider us and reduce the fee.
