I like this app. However just recently, i found that rescheduling the class caused the app to crash

Bad customer service, so hard to communicate, send many times email after replied. Do not need to join their promotion to get free class from referring friend because it will be complicated to use the give. They said I must have a renewal package to use the free class, but after renewal, I still couldn't use the 10 free classes.

This should be called a scam. I am not the father speaking I am the child, and tbh, I barely learnt anything! My first teacher told me that the students only liked her because she was fun to TALK to, but she only told to just copy whatever she says when the coding part comes, then she just suddenly left. The new teacher was alright, but she wasn't really fun, but she did teach well, but this doesn't cope up with the price. Not enough!

Need to simplify rescheduling, cancelling the class, adding the class. Got.frequent errors while resceduling. Certain scenarios are not covered while resceduling. Difficult to get urgent support from customer care as I could not find customer care number and the chatbot does not cover what I wish to resolve!

The classes are awesome but the updated app is horrible, lost so many useful features like chat with teacher, see curriculum, cancelling classes and this dash board is useless the classes are wonderful but they shouldn't have updated the app, now we can even change the profile pic😭😭😭

The updated app is not at all interactive and user friendly.I can no longer chat with my children's tutors nor get at a glance the number of classes attended or pending on the dashboard.Kindly revert to what it was before or do much better on the new one.

I can't cancel, reschedule, or add classes within the app even though I'm doing it before 2 hours of the class. It always displays an error message or a blank transparent box. Please fix... it's making me lose classes because of this.

I was sold a curriculum my son never received. I don't know why I was sold an outdated curriculum (that looked fantastic), no one could tell me. It took me weeks to get my refund, as I was not happy with the curriculum the teacher was actually using. But, I am glad I got the money back, took me writing a lot of emails. The classes my son did attend were very basic and highly teacher led eg student just does what teacher says, not much room for real thought. Expected more.
