The app works great. I haven't had any issues with it. The reason I only give it 4 stars is cause in the tab where it shows your reward points, I wish it also showed you how many point you need to get a free drink/ a discount.

I can no longer use the order function of the app. My mom has to watch what she drinks and I used the order function to see what is all in the drink, but I can't do that know. So I have to hold up the line to ask a bunch of questions every time I go to order a drink.

I am only giving 3 stars for this particular reason I am trying to reload my Java Card on the app. When I put in the minimum amount which is $5.00 and the run my Debit Card a white pop up box appears and then nothing happens.

I love Java, and I'm loving the ability to earn rewards! I would gladly give 5 stars if I could use the app to place orders, AND if I didn't have to enter my bank card info every time I want to reload money.

This app is great if you want to save time and order online but it's super glitchy and don't expect to actually be able to use any of the points you earn on buying drinks.

Latest update has ruined my experience! I can no longer order on the app for my smoothie to be ready on my way to work-- I get a recurrent message saying "ordering stores are not available at this time". Fix it please!!!!

Works slow. Still unable to mobile order. Cannot add a java gift cards only Visa or debit. Probably should have waited to roll out until it actually had all the bugs worked out.

Using the app not only is helpful when it comes to the menu but you can order drinks and earn rewards for them!
