The cab driver robbed me in the end of the ride. I had to pay for the ride via app and then in the cab, which was already very confusing. On top, I didn't realize that the driver was charging me more money than the cost of the ride. The cherry in the cake was then the driver making pay for the airport drop-off, which I later realized was already included in the fare I had already paid. All a scam. And still no response from the company

Great company but the cancel ride button on the app doesn't work, which is a problem when you're a butterfingers like me who sometimes clicks the wrong pick up point

It can do with improving by adding a CASH payment method and the money shop be taken out the customers account when booking with the app it should be taken after the journey is completed
