Miles are not always automatically added to your account when purchasing from their partners. For example YAS MALL. I have made so many high amount purcahes from Yas Mall and I didn't always get miles in my account. Sometimes it's added and many times not. A surprising matter is that miles are not valuable any more. Example: the number of miles nedded to upgrade to business class on flight from Istanbul to Abu Dhabi was 142,000 miles !!!! This is a real joke.

I would like to suggest biometrics or pin access not be cleared everytime i try to log in. I also dont get why I receive email wth OTP when there is no popup or request to input one. Additionally i recently signed up but the app says add tier miles to upgrade within the next 2-3 months. I believe it should be 1yr after signup. Although not mandatory app, i do like having it for the info it provides, mileage offers etc. Few tweaks would make it better.

The application is not working, when you insert your credentials it brings back to login window again, this is in both IOS and Android

There is no point in choosing Etihad for travel anymore. I accumulated 75k miles which cannot be used to get any rewards. The miles are completely useless now. I am trying to book a hotel using the miles and I keep on getting some system failure everytime. How bad it is that you say that there are 300k hotels to choose and can't finally book any of them. Don't fly Etihad if you plan to get miles and use it elsewhere. The customer support is so terrible that they don't even want to talk to you

Pathetic! STAY AWAY!!! I have tried to make a booking on browsers, on the Etihad app, and now on Etihad Guest. NOTHING works, and the call centre is of no help! STAY AWAY from Etihad! I have flown with them in the past, but never again. Absolutely pathetic interfaces.

Can log in the first time but then, using the finger print log in it just stays in a loading state. Even if you cancel the fingerprint, you can't put in a pin. Uninstalled and the same thing happens 3 times. As this is supposed to replace your guest card, it's no good. Underdeveloped and undertested I suspect.

this kind of event and promotion is scam I've choose etihad airlines for a long time to go home but my earning miles and tier segments don't credit in my account etihad is just good in putting a show but useless in real life. very big disappointment. starting from the check in clerk i asked my earning miles and she said automatically will credited even in the customer service said just wait for seven working days and it will credited and all of this was scammed. loud applause for this promotion.

Worst app for a reward program. Worst app to manage your booking. Worst app to check your points. Worst app to use your reward points. And you send the feedback for more than 5 years now thinking they would change a thing: NEVER. The only thing that changes is the UI, but the same worst experience remains as bad as before.
