I have been experiencing significant issues with Lezzoo Games, particularly with Trivia and Zoorina, for the past five days. Upon entering the game, I am unable to select the available options, which leads to my elimination as the timer runs out. Additionally, I have noticed that my stats have been removed from the leaderboard.

The app crashes after searching more than one item!! So, if you are shopping for multiple items, it is wiser to choose another app.

Customer service never even looked at my messages when i asked to refund a broken headset, i messaged multiple times and still nothing. Truly disappointed in the help team. Money wasted. Edit: they still havent looked.

i love this app and i always order from it but it takes a long time to cook the food like how does it take 30 minutes for a small pizza barely with any toppings

I like the app not from start but from experience , the service fee isn't available compared to thier competitive the only downside is the delivery time it is 15 to 20 minutes difference compared to Talabat but the food is much cheaper than talabat so... Definitely Recommend it 🙏

There is an issue that cause frustration. If the user selects a dishe and provide comment and before he put the order he/she presses the home button and leave the app. After returning to the app the order is still there pending but the comment is lost! The user need to write the comment again. This issue also happens after the user select a dish but he/she accesses other options prior to pressing the Let's Order button! After they return back the order is there but the comment is not there!

Horrendously bad experience! Whoever designed this app needs to rethink all of their choices, compared to all other food delivery apps, it's absolutely the worst. I wouldn't order from them even if they pay me to do it. Can't even login my bank card customer service said it's the banks fault meanwhile i used the same card with other delivery apps and it works fine. Absolutely laughable service and experience, do better otherwise you will lose all your customers rightfully so.

Unfortunately my 5 star review is no longer true. This was such a great and convenient option. But suddenly I can no longer use my card. Or even add a card. such a well done app & business!! very professional! which is refreshing the extremely rare in this region! This is seriously the best customer service experience i've seen here and it's consistently good!
