The old app was great. I never had issues using it, but this update crashes the app. I have had to uninstall, reinstall...repeat process. I was finally able to get logged in again! I guess with all new things, the bugs need to be worked out. Fingers crossed, I really like the convenience this app provides! I am giving a four star rating because I really liked the (old) app and I have faith in this update.

This app has been a pain since I downloaded it. There are always glitches in it. Multiple times, I have tried to load money into my kids' accts, but the app would either crash or wouldn't process the pmt. Now, since the most recent update, the app won't even open. Tried restarting my phone & even uninstalling & reinstalling the app. Still nothing. Just uninstalled again. Ugh!!!

The app and the website both no longer work. Look at the reviews based of the most recent ones. They updated both the app and website which mesded everything up. You can no longer log in as the browser shows a blank page. I've tried different browsers and nothing works. The app gives you no option to request a new password...only login and register...thats it. Support for this app doesn't appear active anymore.

*UPDATE* App literally will not even open now!🙄😡 Was great at first then has been horrible ever since! Completely deleted my wallet info and now won't let me put any card on there. Used to kick me off completely but now just doesn't do anything. Can't get a hold of ANYONE to get it fixed either! It's absolutely ridiculous!! Website doesn't work either. So so frustrating! Don't make an app if you can't keep up with it or can't at least give decent customer service or any at all at that!

The app is supposed to notify me when the account balance has dropped to a predetermined amount. This is basically the whole reason I even have the app, but it has yet to notify me at that predetermined amount. I have tried to disable the notifications and then turn them back on and I've tried changing the dollar amount in which to be notified, but it still doesn't function.

Can't describe the experience well because it's very brief. I tap to open it, and it just... Doesn't. Whoever worked on this app last really needs to figure out what they messed up. Consider this app to be NOT android compatible right now. I'll change my rating when it has been fixed, and actually functions.

This app has major issues, it keeps shutting down when I try to process the payment. I reinstalled the app in hopes of correcting the problem and it says I have the wrong password but no option to recover it. Popups come up all of the time with nothing showing but the "ok" button. So here I am unable to add funds to my kids lunch accounts. Oh, and the website has the same issues!!

Update crashed the app a few days ago :-(. I emailed the company and they responded within hours that they were working on the problem and was instructed to uninstall and use the full site to load accounts. I uninstalled waited a few days, reinstalled and updated again and it works perfect! These things happen, sure, it's inconvenient when they do but just be patient. Glad its working now!
