App never loads!! Everytime I try to download and use this app to order ahead, it'll download but when I log it never makes it to the next screen as the neverending circle of loading just continues to spin and spin, never taking me to the next page of menu to place an order! **Update** 5/21 App STILL doesn't open. Just keeps spinning the loading circle forever! I've contacted the developer and all they do is ask the same questions with no resolution, obviously. I see I'm not alone w/same issue!

Was great for all the rewards, notifications, etc. I've been using this app for about a year or more. But now i can't access the rewards ... tapping the rewards section crashes the app immediately even after redownloading and attempting several fixes myself it still crashes the whole app ... I have rewards saved up and I can't use them because of this glitch/crashing ... please fix this

Started crashing when i got to top level and i now i can't unlock a reward i saved up because it won't let me into the rewards area. Also, learned that the total spent to reach a reward is calculated on a yearly basis so when i was trying to reach the top level i'd spend $10 & the app would remove whatever i spent 366 days ago. Kind of like taking 1 step forward and 2 back every day i spent money at PCJ. Sort of frustrating and not well documented.

UPDATE - After contacting the company they worked very diligently to resolve the issue, and the app works perfectly now. Leaving for context DON'T INSTALL - OVERCHARGES YOU!!!!!! The app is always overcharging. I have reported this issue to the developer and we'll see what happens, but in the mean time DON'T USE!!!

Really disappointed with the new rewards system, it's was incredibly convenient to just have the barista scan your loyalty but now we have to give our phone number every single time ans that's if they remember to ask/if we remember to give it. No one is going to be using the loyalty as much as they used to.

Registration is confusing. It made me load 25 to the app and then asked when I wanted to set a minimum reload limit to add another 25. Luckily I said no thanks. Now it is just charging my debit card. But I had to check my bank account to figure it out.

Pretty new design, however, the new app took away the scan and pay, and scan and earn points features. Unfortunately I'll be uninstalling as there's really no point to having this app now..
