It's very basic. Hiccups here and there. Desperately needs features to call for help in the app. Older people can get to the app quicker/easier than the touchpad in case they need help. There is also no bill pay there. Come on, guys, catch up!

The alarm service is great but the app needs improvement, I'm stuck in my room because the app won't load correctly otherwise I will set off my alarm if I don't disarm it. Get better developers please. Update 2/18/25- now the app is saying it's offline so I can't disarm it from the app. This is a mess.

If you don't mind wasting time with this app this is your dream come true. Slomins was going to upgrade in July but the only thing upgraded was my blood pressure and anxiety. I until the supposed revamp of this App was good. Now after upgrade I'm not able to even sign in! Slomins app is Cold as Ice!

The doesn't communicate with the panel as of late. The system is constantly OFFLINE, yet my panel works well.

Slomins technology is a huge STEP DOWN from the previous security systems we had. Sorry to say, but the apps are clunky and you need more than 1 app to view security and cameras, which are separately managed. Does not support simultaneous login or mimic dashboard (each user has its own setup). Sorry, but while the core security features of intrusion may remain the same, the other features, such as event history, custom doorbells, or even identification (user1, user2, user3) just are all dull👎

This is the worst app in the history of apps. It only worked for a week when the system was installed. It doesnt recognize my username or password. So frustrating. I gave up on the app n just use the panel in the house. This app is a joke.

The " allow biometric use" to log in the app stopped working in my Android 14 after the app was updated. Also my Google Password Manager stopped working and I have to put the password manually every time I need to log in. Any ideas?
