I applied the update on my app, which logged me out. There was a My Rewards which I tried to use. I selected and it says reward added. I checked it out and paid, I picked up my order and did not get the reward. The manager said that eventhough it says free reward, you still needed to either up the quantity or go back and add another bagel. I don't understand why the app cannot tell you this as I am using it. Very confusing and not intuitive. Also, my account history is useless.

Ordered on the app which does not allow any customization for bagel selection or food orders, both screens say you can customize at the bakery. When I showed up the order was made and they said they can't customize when you order in app. Couldn't even select the bagels I wanted because of an upcharge if you order the half dozen. Uninstalling, the app has incorrect information and the staff has to spend a lot of time apologizing.

App works to order, but it's either impossible to get back to your active order after you close it or it's difficult to find. An order screen to track progress would be nice.

I'm amazed every other "bakery" app let's me cut a bagel in half. Not this app, though. I can select to toast or not toast a bagel, but to cut in half? No way .. that's "slowing down an order" and they just won't do it. Garbage lack of customizations, garbage app.

Placed an order, no way to review the order or cancel it in the app. Only the total $ amount shows up in transaction history. The store had no record of it whatsoever and said there is nothing they can do. I've opened a refund request with support and am waiting for a response. Now I don't trust the app to work next time and won't be using it. Clearly a bad bug.

App is ok for the most part, I don't like that you can't choose the bagels or shmears in the bagel boxes. My biggest issue is I tried placing an order, received an error that my card couldn't be processed only to find out later my card was charged anyway. I tried reaching out to their customer service email twice for a refund and still haven't received a response (nearly 2 weeks later). Will not be using the app until my issue is resolved.

I would love to be able to tip on this app. I get excellent customer service from the Noah's in Burbank, but I don't always have cash with me. Sometimes I'll avoid going to Noah's and go to Starbucks instead (across the street) because their app allows tipping. Money is more electronic now so this makes sense. Also, it should be easier to modify an order (for bread type, cheese, toppings, etc.). As it is is OK, but allowing modifications and customizations would be a great improvement.

By now you would think a chain like Noah's would have a decent app, but this is the third time trying to download the app but I can't get past the initial page where you are supposed to agree to their terms and conditions. No problem with any other app so I know its not my phone (galaxy S10) or wifi (xfinity mobile) so I may try again in a few months. Just disappointing that can't use app to order ahead especially during these times.
