I love EVERYTHING about Splashtop. Their SOS: Friends & Family is incredibly affordable and the interface for accessing family members computers is wonderful and attended SOS support for Android phones is a lifesaver. However, *unattended* Android support is not included, which my elderly family would benefit from. Sadly there is no way to add it without upgrading to a business account that is nearly 6x the cost. Wish Splashtop offered an upgrade option for Friends & Family, or just included it.

Terrible, i'm paying for a business pro license with 10 devices, and it just doesn't work. After searching 30 mins and reading the fine-print carefully I can decypher that it might work if I upgrade to a plan for professional remote support, which is almost tripple the price i'm paying now.... If you are searching this app, it was not made for me or you... Its made exclusively for companies that need to remote 100's of devices...

Setup has a few steps to jump through, but once configured properly, everything works well. I think a majority of these bad reviews are very technically challenged individuals that have not read any documentation and cannot follow basic installation instruction. We use this to remotely connect to over 150 company tablets with no issue.

This should be included with my business pro account and count as one of the computer seats. I love and recommend splashtop to many many people. I still will but think it is not a smart idea to restrict this feature in this way.

We use this for various android phones and tablets, also works on Windows phones but Apple won't let their devices be remotely controlled so shame about that, we are constantly deleting and adding devices and also far it's pretty cool not buggy or glitchy, I agree with some of the comments about configs you do need to follow instructions to the tee but I'm an admin so I'm used to that, it's no knock on the product some people are just impatient. It's a reliable solution Splashtop, thumbs up.

This app is completely misleading and doesn't do anything. First of all, it doesn't even allow you to log into an account. The Splashtop website doesn't list an Android device that can stream from, yet this app exists and does nothing. Maybe it's for IT pros with a different version of Splashtop?

Tried to stream a screen onto my tablet with this app. I followed the instructions watched a few videos but I was unable to make it work 1. Created an account on their website ( agreed to conditions yada yada) 2. Downloaded the streamer app for my pc 3. Downloaded this app beacuse they have the same name (nope this app is useless for all i can tell) 4.Tried to follow the instructions which lead me to download another app(again nothing) Uninstall delete account.
