I subscribed to their platform as consultant physician and paid 7000 for registration but I didn't get a single patient from them neither my profile is visible to public they have their own favourite doctors to whom they always keep at top visibility Oladoc is much better

There should be an option for patients and doctors to use Urdu for questions and answers on 'Forum'. Currently, even if I answer a patient in Urdu script, the app does not support it. Considering the low percentage of population able to converse fluently in English, lack of access to national language for written communication is a major hurdle in expanding number of people who can use this feature effectively.

Extremely poor experience!! Dont ever install it. I installed it 2 months back and it still says we are verifying your account. It may take 3 working days. I cant even delete my account. So uninstalling it. There is no other way.

IT'S A SCAM!!! Take it from a Physician. This App is a big Fraud. I registered on it last year as a Physician. I consulted a lot of patients during this period but never got a single penny from them even after raising this issue many times. I request the patients and physicians to NOT waste their valuable money and time on this App respectively. If I had the option of giving ZERO RATING, I would've given it.

Disappointed...... I m a doctor and tried to make account in this app but after putting all information... Verification still not occured after so many days.. The apps says verification can take upto 3 days.. I think they should change the notice to verification may take upto 3 years...

Use less app and service as well, It took one and a half month to verify but even after one and half of verification I waited for patients to come on app and I didn't even charge high, like 500rs for heart patients but still 3 months have past no patients. Stay away from this app

It's very nice for both patients n doctors as well but one thing I faced that there are specific Hospitals and Clinics in your list. My clinics are not mentioned there whereas Registered in Council and Punjab Healthcare Commission too. I completed formality but not satisfied because I ll not be serving there.
