What a surprise, it doesn't work. To prolong contract i need to login in to app, and smart id or internet bank logins don't work. And cince nfc reader recently died - no signature for me. 👍🏻

I signed the agreement and tried to activate the eparaksts mobile. During activation, it's not reading my eID card. I hold the card close to the phone with NFC, and nothing is happening. What could be the reason?

Says "Your device does not have the security required". I'm trying to install eParaksts on the new Bigme Hibreak phone with Android 11. No other clarification, no support for the new phone.

Very impressive. I was almost able to understand what to do in order to sign a document without Googling and almost locking myself out. I had 2 retires left. There is PIN1 and PIN2 code but the app asks for PIN code. Turns out it's the PIN2 they want. It certainly makes sense for a user to have PIN1, PIN2, a password and an additional SmartID card. Why make tings easy? Maybe next year when developers start the third grade they will also learn to not console.log everyting on their website, and integrate usable QR reader library. Maybe also implement SMS service that does not tak 5-10minutes to send an sms. I must say this is a very good first iteration of a software product.

Can't log in with smart id, after entering personal code,nothing happens. When logging in through banking, blank page.

Not user friendly and super confusing app- long loading times, errors, for 1 error all process is lost, nonstop authentication, often app simply doesn't work becaude of technical fixes being done. I don't understand how this app is recognised nationwide as an acceptable e-identification tool.

We live in 21st century, but to get this app working I need to sign physical paper(if your eID card is expired). Question:If I can authorize with bank account in all of the government sites why I can't sign the agreement with that as well(or smart-id)? Question2:If I install this wannabe signing software why I can't set it up from within the app?(as smart-id does without signing a physical paper, but by just scanning chip in passport or ID card and then matching the scanned data with your face!)
