After July 1st, I could no longer buy prepaid cards from the app or online. Whenever I get to the payment page it says 'Connection lost' or it takes me there, but the payment page never loads. Your site keeps lagging and losing connection. I have 4G here where I live and I have the latest app update. Even before July 1st, transactions weren't successful at all times. I have reasons to say that the recent 5 star ratings here are FAKE also. مع كل سرقتكن بعدكن مش قادرين تعملو تطبيق متل الخلق.

Can't even use the app. Tried to register, always gave me a connection error even tho my connection is running perfectly fine. Tried to register again, it told me that username and number are already registered. Tried to login to the "already registered" username, it told me that username is invalid. Makes sense yeah? Great app devs!

I've been trying for the last two days to open the application in order to modify my services, but I continuously receive "connection error, try again". It is weird to experience that directly after the company sent the new price lists which boomed like 5 times higher in LBP!!! It is totally unfair to be held responsible for the new upcoming bill because of an application which has crashed and I doubt it!!! When it was working perfectly fine.

I have tried so many times to deactive three services, yet, the app kept responding "error connection, try again." I succeded in deactivating call forward, and to my surprise, there I have it activated starting first day of July! It's not fair to do this to us and I'm not sure if the service of "live chat" is payable or not!!! Can you please justify for us why all the hassle?!!!

It is a good app but i have one point for postpaid lines, once the data bundle is finished you start charging for the extra mbs with out asking the line owner permission. That should be fixed and you should give the owner the choice whether to renew or stop. Thank you for the good service

Its a good application, can you make it possible to recharge our service from the app offline, cz it happens so frequently that you run out of Mbs and you need to recharge the bundle, but you are not able cz you don't have internet connection, or to work on data connection even if our bundle run out, like WhatsApp only, the internet works only for touch application, thank you

Guys, we are in 2020, it is time to be more creative and update the app to be MORE USEFUL, and there is plenty what you can DO, take an example from other DEVELOPED countries. At LEAST inform us what is new when pushing an update to the app, allow ACCESS TO THE APP wihtout the need of an active internet subscription, for example I am outside, my internet finished, I want to renew service through the app, but I have no internet so I can't access the app.

It's a decent app, but some basic features are missing like a reminder to warn you when you need to recharge your line before you lose your number? No one checks their sms anymore (what mtc company sends usually) so it would be a good thing if their app warned you via a notification.
