Things to fix: Step counts are lost every time I'm logged out of the app; app seems to lose the account and steps quite frequently for no apparent reason. Also notifications don't work.

Really surprised you have a 3+⭐ rating on Google. Please stick to supplying power, your internet service suks!... Constantly switching off for maintenance after 11:30pm is unacceptable. If l knew this before signing up l wouldn't have joined. People giving 5 ⭐ ratings either work for your or have been bribed. It's ridiculous lol. Internet service is the worse l've seen in NZ!!!.. l wish l could rate your service (- 5 ⭐'s! )

This app is horrible, never works, freezes, just sits on loading constantly. No rewards or step challenges anymore. Unless there are but the app is so useless I know nothing of them. This app is a complete waste of time.

I find it so immensely frustrating that the app logs me out and I regularly have to log back in again. How about an easier method of logging other than email and password. Eg fingerprint.

The dates on the power/gas readings are inconsistent, which makes it very tricky to compare power bills. Also I manual did my gas reading and uploaded it, yet the app estimated it. You estimated my gas readings for 3 months and I got a very high actual readings.

The new app is very much worse than the old one. Please can we have the old one back. The UI on the new app is harder to navigate & takes more clicks to get anywhere. No trouble with the old app, the new one is very buggy. I install it & it gives me a screen to download the latest version. I download the version it offers & it says to download the latest version again. It does not remember my credentials so I have to login every time.
