it seem they are pulling our legs with this nonsense app after rejecting my phone's I went and buy Oppo reno 13 about 850k still the app keep crashing after first finger capturing. fix this app, we are not fools I have spent close to 2 million on tools

Thanks to the developer of this app. But the app is not compatible with any of the devices I have tried to make use of with it. (Gionee S12 and Umidigi A7). Kindly do something about this to get it fixed soonest. Regards.

this is too poor for an app that manages financial data base of a whole country, just imagine the app not compatible with redmi 14 pro with an Android version 14. please work on this app or my user details I paid for will be of no use at all

Capture customers image is a very challenging thing and after enrollment bvn does not sync fast, sometimes it takes 3 - 4 days for it to move from pending to ongoing or successful. Please fix this issues

The finger prints is not working always is will drive you back to capturing to register single one person I fast one week trying still up too now finger print not allowed I understand this app is not really app i always try to use it is not working and the customer service is not answering
