13 minutes agoNEW Worst service I've ever got from the restaurant all the way to their customer service. Has an app that is unable to checkout with payment so I had to go to the restaurant and make the order. What's the point of having that option when it's not working? Takes more than 1 hour for the food to be prepared. Won't patronise Nandos ever again. You'll never get to see such bad service anywhere else.

The app is fine, but the related Nando's website for placing orders kept giving error code 'E' when attempting to place any order (dine-in/takeaway). I've never been able to place an order successfully through the website, which makes this app pretty moot. Ordering through Foodpanda, Deliveroo or Grab adds heavy surcharge on top of the original price, which is pretty much anti-competitive. With all these inconveniences and unreasonable pricing for ordering online, what's the point of creating these systems and collaborations in the first place?

I think the food and ambience is fine. At the management level there needs to be some serious changes thought through though. For example, it's pretty dumb to only allow members to accumulate points once a day. That effectively guarantees i won't be coming back to Nando's for dinner if i had it for lunch.

I can access the app and it has worked when i've tried ordering to dine in from the app. However, all the times that i've tried ordering for takeaway, it doesn't work. "Something went wrong, do you want to retry? (Code: E)" even when i tap yes to retry it doesn't work. Quite a pain tbvh

App is not useful and unable to scan at the table to order (QR code reader does not work). Save for later function also does not work. Had to order manually at the counter in the end.

Was prompted to update to the latest version and it was a disaster! Hangs and cannot be opened at all - meaning I've lost my past chillis/ rewards and don't have my account information now :( Do NOT UPDATE the app or you'll be sorry as I am.

App does not allow login even after countless password resets. Losing chillies cos it doesnt work each time is frustrating. How is this a loyalty programme when the app doesnt even work?

Requires mobile number to get discount, but unable to put mobile number in app due to bug, waste my time and money.
