This new app is rubbish is not showing kilometers, no multi tasking , what I mean is there should be separation of new orders with pickup location and kilometers from where the pilot is to the pickup location which is very very important. You guys should follow the setup of that old app. The old app remain the best. This one is completely far from what we expected.

Very poor app,you can't even see the km away where you will pick the order, 😡😡and the app is very slow that's what I don't like, I really want you guys to work on the app to make we the pilot enjoy it, some order that you will see on the app are already been picked buy another pilot once you tap it it will show the orders has been picked by another pilot ::::: Pls kindly look into it, I wanted to give it a zero rating but it is not possible🤯🤯

This new app need alot of work to perfect it , multiple requests should be displayed on the app instead of one at a time, very slow to open and alot of process to display the delivery site and all this takes alot time and time is the key factor in this delivery job. Please cool down and study the app and perfect it the more. Thanks

This app is very useless 😠, very slow, can't show kilometers of pick up. You can't see multiple orders, no app settings, black background not good, the notification tune not laud at all, orders prizes very poor, you can't see more than one order on the app. Infact everything about the app is so useless I don't advise anyone to download 😠 this app.

I believe this app has not completely been programmed,over a month now it had been a set back to me,you can't have knowledge of what is happening whenever you are not with your phone opened,app hanging,rolling as if network is so bad and it drains phone battery.honestly ,I have not been comfortable with this app.I want it urgently fixed in order to reduce pressure effect of it on pilots.

Very poor app, it's super slow, takes forever to load, and you can't even see the delivery locations if you pick a multiple order. You can't see the price unless you complete the pickup it's just a mess compared to our former app.

Very poor app, it doesn't have settings, no notification sound, you will pick order it will say pick by another customer, very slow, it only show you one order at a time unlike the old app that shows you different orders you now make your choice. The app seriously need to be work on. THERE'S NO WAY TO CHAT THE CUSTOMER OR EVEN CALL RECEIVER, SOMETIMES RECEIVER ARE THE ONES THAT PLACES ORDERS AND THE SENDER WONT BE AWARE.
