- Instalare și configurare ușoară

Non functional! Endlessly buffers, unsure why. Can't click on anything from the drop down menu. Corresponding lights are meant to emit a wireless signal but don't. Cost over £500! The app and set up make them useless. Managed to install a few months ago with great difficulty, felt like it worked with a random stroke of luck. Recently had a power cut and back to square 1. Support from the company is nonexistent.

Was hesitant to purchase the light due to negative reviews, but I found it extremely easy to set up. You connect to the lights WiFi, set it up, then simply come off and reconnect to your normal WiFi, done. Extremely easy to programme your preferred settings, with easy to understand options.

What a pain to connect. Tried multiple times on my phone and got nowhere, installed the app on my cheap tablet and it connected instantly and works a treat, just make sure you ONLY connect to the light, no other WiFi and it works fine.

The app connects to the light but then doesn't work. It is constantly buffering? So the light is now useless as it cannot be changed without the app :s? If there was 0 stars, this would get it!

EDIT: All working again. My fault, I had to disable 5Ghz wi-fi on my router (Eero 6 pro). For those having issues connecting: On your Android device (sorry, I can't help with Apple) disconnect from the WiFi you connect with, and then connect by tapping the connection starting with "V2-". Enter your password (8 zeroes for mine) Start the V2iLumenAir app, and you should be good to go.

Terrible app for what is a good light. Need to sort out the Lag and timing issues lack of saving settings and that's even when you can get past the buffering

Hope someone can help, I find the v2 on my phone in WiFi settings, I can connect and go in the app and set up my light, but when I try to connect it to my home WiFi it just keeps loading, am I being daft as I thing you could control these lights from the app even when out and about?

What's going on.? Terrible app. Like everyone says it makes our light useless. Not a great advertisement for purchasing any of their new products..!! Please fix this app. Or please get someone else to have a play about with it.!!!
