Can you please fix the card top up issue? After going through the credit card payment process, the app stops reafing the one motoring card. I checked nfc by running diagnotics. Force stop nets app. Nothing works. The only way now is to restart the phone. I dread topping up my one motoring card because I have to restart my phone each time. Everyone is suffering. FIX IT. Update: the updates have fixed the problem and it now works very smoothly. Good job! I've changed the rating to 5 stars.

Slow app with system errors. Takes so long to do simple flashpay top-up. Not seamless with bank apps. During process of nfc transfer, bank app can just pop up to ask to install update, not even before authentication. This makes it more confusing. Please remove the lucky draw pop up. It is redundant and annoying. Not everyone like to waste time to close the pop-up.

I am writing to express my frustration with the NETS app, particularly regarding its cash card top-up functionality. I frequently encounter issues where the app fails to detect my cash card, making it impossible for me to complete my top-ups. This has been an ongoing problem that needs urgent attention. I rely on the app for convenient transactions, and these persistent issues have caused significant inconvenience.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had on an app here in Singapore. It's quite hilarious given NETS strives to be a key player in the payments market but they can't even provide me with a smooth experience to sign in to my own NETS account. The screen hands for more than 30 seconds and I just give up. I can't tell if they're trying their best or if they don't even care anymore. Hope things improve, it's quite a steep hill.

Nothing works! Malaysia TnGo card is much better than this app. App simply can't read the card. Error messages said card was removed too early where the card is still on the back of the phone. Please don't use this App. To save yourself from frustration

Don't bother installing. You can tell from the reviews even the developers don't care about the customer feedbacks, thus the low rating and lack of basic functionality in the app. Just top up at the physical kiosks.

Just bought the card, spent 10 mins registration and can't even top up at all. Says web page error after entering all my details. What a bad terrible app you need to hire better backend engineers.

The most unsophisticated app that I ever been used.Whenever want to topup using this app most of the time there is system error.If the app is not ready for use to public don't release it before rectify the glinch.The most unusefull app.
