Octapass is constantly down and the payout is not high enough at all when they have people who aren't trained well straight up injuring you by sticking the needle in your tendon instead of you vein. They need to rethink their payout structure and fix Octapass and the actual kiosks in the center itself (which are constantly down as well!).

App is pretty simple to use. It is pretty nice to do your daily questionnaire on the app instead of doing it at the kiosk where you must listen to a monotone man mindlessly read each question, including the parentheses. Even though you could read it yourself in half the time, you can't answer and move on to the next question until he's done. Staff takes their sweet time doing anything, putting gloves on even. Now if only they could remember to change their gloves after every patient 🙄🤔

This app will not load after you open it and go thru the steps it calls get started!! It never goes past this stage!!?? It is not usable and it's very frustrating and annoying to deal with your application which I really need to have access to as it will save me a lot of time and hassle by getting the Octapass done before I get to the clinic to donate. It was working before I had to switch to a new phone?? Why it won't let me load it is hard to deal with!!!??!

After you choose your language, the intro slideshow where you swipe the screens from right to left should start but doesn't so, I uninstalled this app and installed a previous version (4.2.2) and I opened it and went through that thing. Afterwards I updated it to this version. I appreciate that the developers don't force you to update and their previous versions still work, now that I think about that, I'm changing 4* to 5*. Until it's fixed, just search for the app online for previous versions.

For anyone not able to login with Google, I was able to fixed mine by creating a new account. It linked my information so I still have access to my card balance and what not. Hope this helps. To the developers, I shouldn't have had to create a new account when I had an account that used my Google login. I don't remember setting up a password when I created the first account. That could be the root cause, but seem like it wouldn't be an issue if the app didn't continue to drop data upon updates.

The app worked pretty well, until it randomly booted me out the app and won't let me sign back in at all. No matter what I do, it keeps saying there's no donor records and to try again or contact the center. The center doesn't understand why so many donors aren't able to get back into the app.

This app gets worse and worse the more I try to use it. I'm a Gold member and the app constantly says I don't have any records. What makes me more upset is that even MY DESIGNATED CENTER doesn't even know how to fix it. I've tried starting new accounts under my new email, (in which I just had them update my email last week) and the app STILL doesn't know who I am. It takes me in this register loop over and over.

!!!Auto-reload problems!!! I like the app . Convienent.. I'll give it more stars once this issue is fixed.. So, forgot the password. But when I hit send code. It send one to the email. I get the code then go back to the app. But the app reloads the page requiring to enter the email again for it to generate a new code.. it's like a infinite circle of getting a code for it to not work .. I can get around it with a computer.. but the app was made for the device remember...,😆
