Update: I received $20 from yesterday's terrible experience, & am appreciative that I was eventually regarded & respected as a delivery partner. I hate I had to post such an ugly (yet factual) review of my most recent experience. I've been under contract with this app for a couple of months. It's fetch it & catch it notifications remind me of DeliverThat, but the direct text notification of orders reminds me of DLIVRD. I'm still relatively new, but they pay out next day minus OIC fees.

Update: the team reached out and have fixed the issue I was having! Great job! Original: App says to allow precise location, it's selected but I still get the error. Extremely annoying

So I became a driver thinking they would have catering orders like clockwork but no it's not what they claim for it to be. I only had done one catering order for 25 dollars. The customers don't tip so this is slave work. Also they take fees off the 25 bucks leaving you with only 24 measly bucks. Plus the dispatchers don't care about safety. Like one texted me to hurry up. Like sure let me plow through traffic in my car or break the laws of the road, to get the non tipping customers.

Good: excellent, fast , stabile Bad: only supports 1 login credential. Doesn't work for drivers who work for multiple platforms. I have 3 logins!

It's a work in progress. Development seems eager to improve the little glitches that may happen. ((Just always double-check your addresses, before blindly following GPS, and stay in touch with your customers! ))

After using this app for a while, my "chat" function is stuck in the infinite spin of the loading screen. Just to make sure I wasn't just being impatient, I left it loading while I charged my phone. Chat never loaded. (The 3rd party delivery service I use also has several different numbers they send and receive texts from. The Treasure Coast area drivers need to be able to easily deliver hot food and set up catering. This app just makes it complicated and inconsistent. It is unfortunate.)

I've been working for a while with them but in June of this year I never received my payment due to it being sent to a pay option I no longer had and I told dispatch this and I still never got paid fast forward to this past week I accepted a catering and I still as of today have not received my payment so I won't be working for this app anymore until I am reimburse this is not okay gas is not free or included so the fact I did another and my pay options still not right is unprofessional

I have never used an app whose notifications consistently undermine the capabilities of the people who use it while also sounding so very condescending. App works good, otherwise. Except for when I'm being hounded about dropping off a delivery within literal seconds of returning to my vehicle. No, I didn't drop off the order because I decided to stop in and have some tea with the customer for a solid 30 seconds and leave, instead. Rework the wording for your notifications. This app is a mess.
