Knitoodle (free) allows you to create your own knitting charts on your Android phone or tablet, and then view them while you knit! With a range of colours and knitting symbols available, you can create great-looking charts really easily.

Charts can be viewed as a grid, or row-by-row, to make it even easier to keep your place as you knit!

You can export your Chart as a PDF file, which can then be shared with friends via email, bluetooth etc.
