I've been using this app for about a month now and it hasn't been able to track my route or distance correctly ever. I don't know what else to do. I've enabled cellular data collection and allowed access to GPS while the app is running, but this app just doesn't want to track anything beyond reach of my wifi network connection. I was asked to invest in a polar heart rate monitor as well, but why? This app doesn't work and developers don't seem to care. Terrible experience so far.

Trouble at every step, starting with registration. Simply will not connect to heart rate monitor, even though the monitor pairs without problem on Bluetooth. Tried to connect it to app (which I only found by pressing on the heart rate monitor it saw), but it just gets hung up. Inexcusable problems. Gave up on it. Looking for a different app.

This app is horrible. I have location services turned on for the app and it never works. Today I did a 17 mile bike ride and it registered 0.03 miles. I frequently do a 4 mile run on the same path each time and it registers 0.1-3.3 miles while my Garmin and google maps both confirm that I went 4.0 miles. I am using it in the middle of Scottsdale, AZ not a remote location. The app simply does not work for anything other than a timer and I do not need a timer. The app is also completely unintuitive and not at all easy to use. Cluttered with a bunch of junk and trying to market subscription services. I cannot recommend this app to any Android user.

Absolutely the most frustrating app I have ever used. Sometimes it wont connect to the monitor. And if it does your lucky if it will finish the workout when you tell it too. Last three times now it lost all the information and takes hours to finish. Just circle circle circle circle. Maybe it's time to just use an app that works and quit trying to make one for just mayo. This gets my anxiety up. Kills my good mood after a work out. Its hurting my health more then its helping.

You can't use the app unless you are a corporate subscriber. Too bad, I was looking for a companion app to the Mayo Clinic diet.
