Doesn't work as well now for some reason , If I stop to take photos then get home and check out the route & photos they're not saved anywhere , not in the app or on my phone itself 🤷♀️, I've tried un installing etc & no success - used to love this app was perfect first time round 😔 seems like its changed somehow 🤔

It's excellent and a wonderful way to record our walks together. Would be 5 stars, except I periodically had a problem with it only partially recording walks. (Happened on 2 different phones, so likely not a phone issue). Also, can only see partial history without paying for their premium service. But otherwise easy to use, NO ANNOYING ADS 👍 and keeps a nice visual record of walks with the ability to make notes about each.

I reached out to the developer, and the issue of the app being stuck on the Finding Your Location screen issue was fixed in less than 12 hrs!!! What outstanding customer service. App works perfectly now! I have never had any success reaching out to app developers, so I was surprised when I heard back so quickly. Thank you so much for everything. Because of this, I will be upgrading to the paid version - it's 100% worth it!

Perfect for my needs! Edit to say that I use the free version..no pushy subscription tactics, no invasive ads & no BS. This app is exactly what I've been looking for..it tracks distance, time & maps the walk. You can indicate when the dog goes potty or takes a break to get a drink. You can save the walk and keep track of your statistics. Everything I wanted in a dog walking app and nothing that I didn't want.. And so far, not one issue. Love this app!

This app is great it logs the distance perfectly and doesn't use heaps of battery power. Connection to GPS sattelites is good so no needing to have an internet connection when using it. Only wish is that there was a total distance and time displayed at the top of the walks screen, it is nice to keep track of how far we have walked in total. As an ex Traktiv user I am impressed. I had to stop using Tractiv as the walk only version is no longer supported and the GPS is no longer accurate. AA++

I've used the app in the past and it has worked great. Today I downloaded it and tried it again as ill be more active with my dogs and I need something to record distance with for a dog walk trial I'm doing. What it recorded was just an absolute mangled mess that made no since and absolutely did not follow my GPS even though it was on and on precise location. Very disappointed with that. I will be finding a different tracker.

Great app. I love keeping track of duration, route, and distance of all my walks with my dog. My OCD lives for that type of thing. Only wish you could connect with other current Amiko users, opposed to only being able to connect with people you recruit from your own Facebook Friends List, and thats only if you're able to recruit people from your Facebook Friends List. It'd just be so much better if you could connect and share with people already using the app on a consistent and regular basis.

Must have for walkies. It's difficult to "add friends"- but otherwise it does EVERYTHING you'd need. Great GPS. Great tracking. Summary of how much and how long under dog's profile. Can take pictures while walking that show up with the walk. Just fun. And useful.
