Everytime it assigns me debt of 10K sums, even tho I pay for my ride. I paid once thinking I have debt for real, but next time also it showed up even when I paid fully. Support didn't reply a word, and they didn't return my money.

They don't provide contracts, or terms of service in Uzbek. It's avaliable only in russian. You can't end or pause/continue the journey: app doesn't work at all.

Trash app. Slowly works. When I need to use it, it doesn't works. In tashkent has about 20 different types of scooter. I need install theirs own apps. All scooter companies must join in one application!

I would like to put even lower if it was possible, spent 20k soums on a tariff, but scooter didn't turn on, and it cancelled, didn't give my money back. The worse scooter app ever

App is incomplete. I couldn't finish my order from app. I called to support center and it took time to cancel the order. As a result, charged me for time I didnt ride. Their service is much more expensive than others but quality is very low. ( 5000 sum for start and 1000 sum an hour)
