I booked through the app at 2.40pm for 3pm pickup. I stood outside at 2.55pm , 3.07pm taxi will be there in three minutes, next thing, taxi will be with you in five minutes, eventually picked up at 3.15. not good enough.

App has been working great for a long time, but has now stopped working. Every time I go to book, an error message comes up saying connection failure. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same problem is still occurring.

Pre booking function is pointless - booked a day ahead of our trip but taxi wasn't dispatched until well after it should have arrived, then had two more instances where confirmed pre-bookings failed to materialise, saying no drivers could be found at the time they should have arrived despite the app accepting the bookings ahead of schedule and pre-charging us for them. Why bother taking pre-bookings if you can't guarantee there'll be anyone there to drive them?

Pretty good app issue is it takes a pre authorisation normally about £3-4 more than the cost of the journey. Typically this exaggerated payment sits on your bank statement for months as pending even if u cancel there is something seriously wrong w the app.

About as useful as a chocolate teapot. You can book a cab days before and it gives you no benefit than calling up when you need one. They only start looking for a cab when your cab is due so if they are busy you are simply lumped in with everyone else.

Last two times I have ordered a taxi, it's has been nearly an hour and when I've called I've been told it's nowhere near so have had to cancel, tracking doesn't work, buggy app, and mainly just doesn't seem to work majority of the time

Booking is easy, cab tracking didn't appear to work. The cab was 15 minutes late although the tracker said it was 50m down the road. Couldn't get through to the switchboard so didn't know if the cab was coming. It did and was good value
