Use this printer for work, sometimes it doesn't register the printer after I hit print. That used to be a problem cause it would clear the data but they seemed to have fixed that. The big issue now that I dislike is they removed the fast printing option for the printer and it literally takes 3x as long to print. Please fix this.

PrepWizard has made putting the truck up, prepping for the day, and maintaining proper FIFO rotations a breeze. The app is very user friendly and provides a peace of mind when it comes to inventory dating that is sometimes hard to find as the GM of a restaurant with 20+ team members. I really appreciate how much this app has saved us in time, writing out MRD labels. We have deployed this solution in multiple restaurants and everyone truly enjoys it. Some features that aren't exactly advertised: -press and hold on the quantity number to open the keyboard which will allow you to type in a large amount rather than taping the plus or minus sign. -if you need to just see what the label would look like without printing; you can hold down the print button for a print preview.

for the first few weeks of me owning this app, it got the job done, only downside was it would never let me print stuff most of the time because of connection issues, reinstalled the app, and then it worked just fine.

the app works great. other than setup, all you do is select the item and hit print. it's been a pretty big time saver, especially when you have 20+ items that need labels

Ugh this is awesome and sucky all at the same time. I connect to printer then go thru and type in everything i need. All the dates. Walk to my printer press print. No printer found amd all that work just goes away...... It wasnt even 7 minutes from the time i made sure i was connected to the printer to actually trying to print!!!! Ughhhhh
