The app does not show past recordings as stated in the manual. It shows the last recorded time and it shows complete, in green. However, I saw a 1/2 sec message on my screen once I hit stop recording saying the session was too short. In the manual it says it may have been under two hours. I put it on when I went to sleep and took it off when I got up; just under six hours. The issue is that I was awake for a couple of those hours so it stopped recording! It's supposed to tell me why I'm up!

I must be dipping down in my O2 frequently. The ring was vibrating every 15 min, every time I fell asleep. I could not use it, so will have to try a different method of study. Sebastian and Linda were very helpful when I called support. The options on the support line were infuriating. Way too many. Especially in the middle of the night.

Worst ring ever! Not accurate and wouldn't stay charged long enough. Unable to restart in the same night after accidentally touching the stop recording button, it said it was recording for 4 more hours after using the restroom but it didn't record so I ended up staying awake for several hours trying to figure it out. 2nd night the battery said it had 5 hours of record time left when I started recording, looked at it 45 min later and it said it had 3 hours left. 3 hours later it was dead. Poor

I had to call for assistance, and, Pilar was extremely friendly and helpful I would not have been able to do this without her guidance. She made this so easy. Not because by no means is it hard but because I'm not very computer savvy lol. It was rather easy once I was shown how to do it. Thank you Pilar!

It would disconnect itself, even after tweaking settings on my phone. Very frustrating. Not sure how this study can ever get completed and at this point, >m about to say the hell with all of this, but they believe sleep apnea is causing my BP issues so I will have to try 1 more night

I connected to it before bed, and when I woke up, it showed I was disconnected, and it only recorded my sleep for 11 minutes. So now I will be charged a late fee because I have to keep the equipment an extra night.

I had no idea when I was going to receive this. I was receiving different information from two different people. I used it the first night, and I couldn't use it the second night because I couldn't get it paired.

Terrible technology..... doesn't work proper...... shuts off before its supposed to and then the agents on the phone wants to say it's something on my end causing it to crash..... no it's your BS TECHNOLOGY. It doesn't work. Not wasting anymore time on it.
