It has been more than a week that I am trying to pay for the school fundraising, but I can't. Karri sends me a sms to click on the link to make payment, but when I click on the link Nothing shows. I paid for one fundraiser and they keep sending me the same link. It's very frustrating, I Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it but still still the same. I received a call from olwethu maholwana- consultant. She was brilliant! assisted me the issue and resolved it! THANK YOU OLWETHU

Don't like that I don't have to approve the payment via my bank. They suggested to me that I use Ozwow, but that for me is even worse because then I need to provide my online banking details. I prefer using my credit card for these kind of transaction but would also prefer the added security of verifying the transaction via my bank. Great customer service though. They contacted me immediately after I did my review the first time around.
