It's little buggy but overall a great app. The buggy part with me was when I tried to login with room number and name. We are starting at the Sani Club so we need to write C at the beginning of the room, so it's C401. And the surname has to be all capitals. Then it works. I really love the idea with this app. You can read about the restaurants and make reservations. The hotel overall is just amazing, incredible, magnificent and magical. Really. There is nothing to complain!

Doesn't work. Cant book and cant view bookings. Android version is useless compared with iPhone one as I had to ask my partner to use her iphone to book dinner or events. Very bad app considering we were always told by staff to book via the app! If it worked we could have! Doesn't remember login details either! Why do I need to sign up? What's wrong with a 2d barcode when we check in to make acct is set up correctly?

Not everything works, for example "See our menu" for restaurants. I understand that it is too early to see the 2019 menues but I needed to see the type of food they serve to see if my family will like it. The 2018 menues (with a warning msg that they may change in 2019) would suffice.

My mobile uses Android 6 and this app ran successfully until the July 2020 update was downloaded. Now all I get is the opening picture of people standing in the sea, followed by a blank page and zero functionality. Very disappointed.

My Stay -> Dinner Reservations does not work on the Android version (works on iOS). Specific meal times, i.e. lunch and dinner, not shown for restaurants. Doesn't correctly show Dine Around for all restaurants or which ones are child friendly. Can't book the Adventure Park. Pretty pointless.

Keeps saying that my email is registered already even though I haven't used it. When I try 'password forgotten' button , keeps saying that the email is invalid. So I cannot use it at all

Made some bookings then the app lost my booking connection and would not let me add it again I now cannot book anything for my stay
